• American content is no more subject to coloniaziation (Russia get
out)
• We have never taken part in war of Europe and it is not our
policy(non interference)
• Any attempt to extend system(monarchy) to American hemisphere is
dangerous to peace and safety(hands off)
• In short ”stay out of America”
