    The kiln at the Narogong plant stopped on October 9th, 2012 for 0.72 hours due to an error with analyzer 444-2K1(AN1)ILC. The CO max level was high according to the CCR analog indication but the Fuji analyzer read normal, less than 0.2. The digital input also indicated a high CO max which caused the EP to stop and subsequently the kiln to stop. The root cause was still under investigation. As an action, the CO max indication cable was tightened and the kiln was restarted.

    NAR 2
    1. Kiln stop due to 444-2K1(AN1)ILC analizer error
    (Stop date 09.10.2012 17:31:00 , Duration 0.72 hrs)
     Symptom
    - Found CO max high at CCR but analog indication was normal less than 0.2
    (max>1)
    - Check Fuji analyzer and indicated normal value but DI (digital input) indicated CO
    max.
    - Then EP stopped because of CO max indication
    - Then Kiln stopped
     Root Cause
    - Under investigation
     Action
    - Tightening IO CO max indication cable PIC : Ruslan Done
    - Started Kiln PIC : Operator Done
