1. TURN KEY TO IGNITION WITH 2. CHECK FOR GOOD GROUND 3. DISCONNECT CONNECTOR 4. CHECK HYDRAULIC FILTER
ENGINE STOPPED. PLACE A JUMPER ON BLACK WIRE OF HYDRAULIC AT HYDRAULIC FILTER RESTRICTION INDICATOR
ACROSS HARNESS CONNECTOR AT RESTRICTOR SWITCH. IS RESTRICTION INDICATOR. BULB. IS THE BULB GOOD ?
HYDRAULIC FILTER RESTRICTOR GROUND GOOD ? MEASURE VOLTAGE ON
SWITCH TERMINAL “A” AND “B”. IS TERMINAL “C” OF SIX WAY
LIGHT ON ? CONNECTOR RED 202 WIRE.
IS VOLTAGE MEASURED ?
YES : GO TO 3
YES : GO TO SWITCH CHECK YES : CHECK PURPLE WIRE
NO : REPAIR GROUND YES : GO TO 4 667 BETWEEN THE
NO : GO TO 2
NO : CHECK GAUGE FUSE HYDRAULIC RESTRICTION
AND CIRCUIT 202 SWITCH AND INDICATOR.
NO : REPLACE THE BULB

2. DISCONNECT MULTICONNECTOR
AT HYDRAULIC OIL TEMPERATURE
GAUGE. CHECK RED WIRE 202 AT
PINS “A” AND “C” FOR VOLTAGE. IS
VOLTAGE MEASURED ?
YES : GO TO 3
NO : CHECK RED WIRE 202
BETWEEN GAUGE FUSE AND OIL
TEMPERATURE GAUGE.
YES : GO TO 4
NO : REPAIR GROUND WIRE.
1. SET VOLT METER TO A/C VOLT SCALE AND PLACE LEADS ACROSS
MAGNETIC SENDER WIRE. RUN THE ENGINE AND PRIMARY EXTRACTOR
FAN AT FULL SPEED. DOES METER READ 2.1 VOLTS A/C OR MORE ?

REVERSE ALARM DOES NOT
SOUND
1. START THE ENGINE AND
TURN OFF THE PARK BRAKE
SWITCH. STROKE GROUND
DRIVE LEVER FORWARD,
THEN REVERSE. DOES THE
REVERSE ALARM DOES NOT SOUND
MACHINE TRY TO MOVE ?
YES : GO TO 2
NO : GO TO MACHINE DOES

YELLOW WIRE 204 BETWEEN THE WIPER MOTOR TIMER AND
THE WIPER SWITCH.
YES : IF BATTERY VOLTAGE IS MEASURED, GO TO 5.
NO : IF LESS THAN BATTERY VOLTAGE IS MEASURED, CHECK
RED WIRE 052 BETWEEN IGNITION SWITCH AND WIPER
10. CHECK FOR A GOOD GROUND AT THE BLACK WIRE OF THE
RELAY.
WIPER MOTOR. IS GROUND GOOD ?
5. CHECK WIPER RELAY TERMINAL 85 FOR GOOD GROUND. IS
GROUND GOODWIPER
YES : REPLACE ? MOTOR
NO
YES :: REPAIR
GO TO 6GROUND WIRE. NO : REPAIR GROUND
YES : GO TO STEP 6
NO : CHECK RED WIRE 302 BETWEEN HORN FUSE AND HORN RELAY
YES : GO TO 7
NO : CHECK BLUE WIRE 206 BETWEEN JOYSTICK AND HORN
RELAY. PERFORM CHECK ON HORN SWITCH.
YES : GO TO STEP 2 NO : IF VOLTAGE IS NOT MEASURED, CHECK THE RED WIRE BETWEEN THE PARK BRAKE SWITCH AND
PARK BRAKE RELAY TERMINAL 30.
2. PERFORM A CHECK ON THE PARK BRAKE SWITCH.
IS CONTINUITY MEASURED ?
IS CONTINUITY MEASURED ?
12 VOLTS GROUND

6. REINSTALL THE PARK BRAKE RESET RELAY. TURN THE PARK BRAKE OFF. CHECK FOR VOLTAGE AT TERMINAL 86 OF THE PARK BRAKE RELAY.
IS VOLTAGE MEASURED ?
YES : GO TO STEP 7 NO : CHECK THE BROWN WIRE 511 BETWEEN THE PARK BRAKE SWITCH AND PARK BRAKE RESET RELAY.
YES : GO TO STEP 2 NO : REPLACE THE FUSE AND CHECK FOR A SHORTED CIRCUIT OR COMPONENT.
2. USING A MULTIMETER, MEASURE THE VOLTAGE BETWEEN BOTH TERMINALS OF THE PARK BRAKE SOLENOID.
IS VOLTAGE MEASURED ?
YES : IF VOLTAGE IS MEASURED, GO TO HYDRAULIC CHECK. NO : GO TO STEP 3
3. USING A MULTIMETER, MEASURE THE VOLTAGE BETWEEN A GOOD CHASSIS GROUND AND THE GREEN WIRE IN THE
HARNESS END OF THE PARK BRAKE SOLENOID.
IS VOLTAGE MEASURED ?
YES : REPAIR OR REPLACE THE SOLENOID NO: GO TO STEP 4
4. USING A MULTIMETER, MEASURE THE VOLTAGE BETWEEN A GOOD CHASSIS GROUND AND THE 502 RED WIRE TERMINAL 30 ON THE
PARK BRAKE RESET RELAY.
IS VOLTAGE MEASURED ?
IS CONTINUITY MEASURED ?
12 VOLTS
GROUND
YES : IF THE RELAY IS GOOD, CHECK THE GREEN WIRE BETWEEN THE PARK
BRAKE RELAY TERMINAL 87A AND THE PARK BRAKE SOLENOID.
