We are going to be competing with Nordstrom's Department Store.
Color Palette
Size Run
Our size run would be Small, Medium, Large, and Extra Large for our men’s casual
wear line. The item in our collection that would be considered our centerpiece would
be the coat.
Mission Statement
Our goal at Perry’s Department store is to provide great quality service and to meet
expectations where our customers can look and feel confident every single time they
walk out our door.
Target Market
Demographics:

● Age: 21-35
● Income: $35,000-$100,000
● Family Size: Single or between 2-4 family members
● Education: Working towards a college degree or college graduate
● Occupation: Entry level to professional positions

Customer Profile
Brody Hamilton is 30 years old and just graduated from PA school in Michigan and
currently lives in Chicago. He is working currently at the local hospital being a
pediatric assistant making $80,000 a year. He is single and likes to visit art galleries on
the weekends and his nightlife includes bars and live music. For hobby he likes
photography and being outdoors, always has his camera on him. He watches Hulu and
like reading mystery books. He dislikes obnoxious and introverted people. As well as
fast food, and non eco friendly things.

● We are putting our sweaters and cardigans in our store at 40% off for the holiday
season. There are 336 units in each store so, we forecast that with this sale we will
sell 280 units total.
● For cardigans it would be $95.00, $60.00, $80.00 x 40% off. So they come to after
the discount $57.00, $36.00, and $48.00. The markdown dollars comes to 38, 24,
and 32 which equals $94. 280 units x $94 = 26,320 MD$ x 25 stores = $658,000
● For Jackets it would be $130.00, $115.00 x 40% off. So after the discount they come
to $78.00 and $69.00. The markdown dollars come to 52 and 46 which equals
$98.00. 280 units x $98.00 = 27,440 MD$ x 25 stores = $686,000.
