This document proposes a checklist-based application to help managers monitor employee progress and deadlines. The application would allow managers to view a checklist of tasks assigned to employees and indicate whether each task is "DONE" or "IN PROGRESS". Employees could also view a checklist of modules they are working on to track their own progress. The application would connect to a database and allow comments to be added to provide updates on incomplete tasks or request help. It could help various organizations improve workflow monitoring.
