Reyhan: “Can you tell me how I can book room at the library?”
Baaz: “Go to the library’s website to book a room.”
Reyhan: “Thank you Baaz.”

Ismail: “Good afternoon, can you tell me the student activities available?”
Muhammad: “We have horse riding, swimming, gardening, and computer
programming, would you want to join one of these clubs?”
Ismail: “I’d like to join the swimming club, please.”

Giving Thanks and Gratitude
Thank people after they did something for you

Fadil: “Abdullah, here’s a present from all of us at the office, congratulations for
your marriage.”
Abdullah: “Oh, thank you very much for the gift.”

Ali: “We all gave a present to Abdullah for his marriage.”

Ahmad: “Thanks for giving it for us!”

Asiyah: “Elham has been working hard to get us a new client.”

Fariah: “I’m grateful that she’s been giving her all for the company.”
Difference Between Thanks and
Gratitude
Gratitude is a noun. Thank is a verb

“I went to Reyhan’s house to thank him.”

VS
“I went to Reyhan’s house to gratitude him”

Thank means “to express gratitude”.

Thanks is a noun which can be used like “You have my thanks”, similar to
gratitude which can be used like “You have my gratitude”.
When Do We Use Grateful Or
Thankful?
Use grateful to talk about how you feel when someone is kind to us or did
something for us.
“Thank you for helping me pack for the flight, I’m very grateful to you.”

Use thankful when you feel happy that you avoided something bad.
“I am so thankful that no one died on the plane crash.”
