    VR MALL (Virtuous Retail) is located in White Fields
    (commercial zone) in Bangalore.
    RAILWAY STATION: 17KM
    BANGALORE AIRPORT: 10KM

    AREA:
    9,00,000 Sq.ft. in which 3,00,000 Sq.ft. is for retail.

    CONCEPT:
    The concept of the building is BLACK BOX. Since the black is new trend so the
    building was given black which acts as a focal point.

    FOOT FALL:
    25,000 people on weekends and 12,000 people in week days.
    DESIGN:
    ENTRY:
    • The building has 2 road access. One on south which has high traffic, other on
    west which has low traffic.
    • There are 4 entries for the building 2 walk in,1 vehicular entry, 1 service entry.
