Observatory
• GBV documentation is only initiated when the
women engage the formal systems of redress or
access services needed

• State-level documentation is always focused on the


“point of entry data”

• Availability of extensive quantitative and qualitative


data but not all of these information are captured in
forms submitted to municipal, provincial
governments
