HISTORY TAKING
Chief complain : bulge in the scrotum
Anamnesis : Reference from
bhayangkara hospital
suffered since 10 hours ago before
entering the hospital. painful bulge .
bulges first appeared 6 month ago and
become heavy. initially bulge the size
of ball and painless . bumps arise when
the patient is active and disappears
when the patient is relax. nauseous
vomit (+) 5x. urination and defecation
normal.
PHYSICAL EXAMINATION

The patient was conscious with moderate ill.


BP = 140/80 mmHg
Pulse = 84x/m, regular, strong
RR = 18x/m, regular
Temperature = 36,8oC
