and a sufficient number of persons employed in every factory
shall be trained and practiced in the use of all such apparatus and
in the method of restoring respiration

Licence shall not be obligatory for working places where LPG cylinders are directly
connected to the manifold, but the requirements of IS :6044 Part-1 shall be complied
with ,such manifold installations and shall be constructed adapting the sound
engineering practices and the quantity of the LPG at any point of the time shall not
exceed the limits prescribed in IS-6044 Part-1
They shall come into force from the 1st day of October, 2016
Applicability :
These rules shall apply to every manufacturer,
producer, consumer, bulk consumer, collection centres, dealers,
e-retailer, refurbisher, dismantler and recycler involved in
manufacture, sale, transfer, purchase, collection, storage and
processing of e-waste or electrical and electronic equipment
