Supplier’s Forum
SDP’s Requests

1. To include SDP Purchase Order number in all their


delivery/sales invoice.
This is in compliant with our corrective action for Shindengen
Japan JSOX Audit Findings.

2. To return SDP copy of 8105/8106 upon delivery of all machines,


equipment, materials, jigs and spare parts.
This is to prevent delay in their liquidation of documents with PEZA
for earlier processing of applicable LOA to expedite farm-in and farm
out of all machines, equipment, materials, jigs and spare parts.
3. Provide at least 10% cost reduction in the ff:
a. Raw materials: Lead Frames and Connectors
b. Chemicals

c. Packaging Materials
d. Spare parts and Jigs
e. Freight in and brokerage cost
f. Machines and equipment
g. Other services
Supply Chain CSR Guidelines:
Human Rights and Labor

 Prohibit forced labor.


Suppliers are asked to employ all employees on
voluntary basis.
 Prohibit inhumane treatment of human rights
Ex. - physical punishment, Verbal abuse, Sexual abuse
 Prohibit child labor
All employees must be of legal age.

During the process of job offering and job hiring, discharging, compensating.
 Pay appropriate wages
suppliers are asked to pay the legal minimum wage to its employees and
workers to increase productivity and.
 Regulate working hours.
Normal ceiling must not be exceeded and provide one holiday per leave.
 Respect the rights to freedom of association
Suppliers should let their employees participate labor unions and conduct stage
protest.
Occupation and Safety

 Promote safe activities in the workplace.


Suppliers are required to evaluate their own safety risk and to ensure safety in the
workplace with appropriate design, technique and control method.
 Promote hygiene in the workplace.
Suppliers are requested to grasp the condition in the workplace related with biological
and chemical harms, noise and odor, which are harmful to health and to provide appropriate
measures.
 Apply appropriate measure for occupational injuries and illnesses
Suppliers are requested to grasp the situation of occupational injuries and illnesses in the
work place and to provide appropriate measures.
 Properly manage disasters and accidents.

 Promote safety and hygiene in all company facilities.


Suppliers are requested to keep safety and hygiene appropriately in all company
facilities provided for employee’s comfort at work.

 Suppliers are expected to practice proactive voluntary activities to
