learning among its member. It is a process of
assisting a person for his efficiency and

• WHAT IS OJT???
Stands for On the Job Training
Methods by which employees get hands-on
experiences with instruction from their
supervisor or trainer,employees are trained at
the actual job location.
New employee observe the work and then try
to imitate.
• ADVANTAGES
The workers learn the job in actual conditions
rather than the artificail condition.It motivates
the employees to learn.
It is ss expensive vand consumers less time.
The training is under the supervisors who
take interest in the training programme.
The production does not suffer under this
method.
• DISADVANTAGES
The training is highly disorganized a
haphazard.
The supervisors may not be in a position to
devote time and hence faulty training may take
place.
The experiences trainers may not be available.
Their is lack of motivation on the part of the
trainee to receive training.
• JOB ROTATION
Under the job rotation,an employee is often
shifted to the other related jobs,with the
intention to make him well versed with other job
backgrounds.
This help him to escape the boredom causedc
by performing the same kind of work again and
also helps in developing a rappwith other
people in the organization.
