In the name of the Father, the Son

and the Holy Spirit.
CONSECRATION TO OUR BLESSED
MOTHER MARY Mary, Mother of Jesus and
Mother of Mercy,
since Jesus from the cross gave
you to me,
I take you as my own.
And since Jesus gave me to you,
take me as your own.
Make me docile like Jesus on
the cross,
obedient to the Father, trusting
in humility
and fully yielded to the Spirit in
love.
 Mary, my Mother,
in imitation of the Father
who gave His Son to you,
I, too, give my all to you.
I renew my consecration to you,
O Mother and Queen,
of my body with all its senses,
my soul with all its faculties,
my heart with all its affections,
for you to give to Jesus
and mold to His likeness.
I entrust to you all that I am,
all that I have and all that I do
and give these to the Holy Spirit
to form Jesus in me.
 Lead me deeper into the
Mystery of the Cross,
the cenacle and fullness of
the Church.
As you formed the heart of
Jesus by the Spirit,
form my heart to be the
throne of Jesus
in His glorious coming.

 NICENE CREED
I believe in one God, the Father almighty, maker of
heaven and earth, of all things visible and
invisible. I believe in one Lord Jesus Christ, the
only begotten Son of God, born of the Father
before all ages. God from God, Light from Light,
true God from true God, begotten, not made,
consubstantial with the Father; through him all
things were made. For us men and for our
salvation he came down from heaven. And by the
Holy Spirit was incarnate of the Virgin Mary, and
became man.
For our sake he was crucified under Pontius
Pilate, he suffered death and was buried, and
rose again on the third day in accordance with
the Scriptures.

He ascended into heaven and is seated at the

right hand of the Father. He will come again in
glory to judge the living and the dead and his
kingdom will have no end.
I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the giver
of life, who proceeds from the Father and the
Son, who with the Father and the Son is adored
and glorified, who has spoken through the
prophets.
I believe in one, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic
Church. I confess one Baptism for the
forgiveness of sins and I look forward to the
resurrection of the dead and the life of the
world to come. Amen

O My Jesus, forgive us our sins, save us from
the fires of hell and lead all souls to Heaven,
especially those who are in most need of Your
mercy.

Mercy, our life, our sweetness and
our hope! To you do we cry, poor QUEEN
banished children of Eve. To you
do we send up our sighs,
mourning and weeping in this
valley of tears! Turn, then, O most
gracious Advocate, your eyes of
mercy toward us, and after this,
our exile, show unto us the
blessed fruit of your womb, Jesus.
O clement, O loving, O sweet
Virgin Mary.

God.

by His life, death and resurrection, has
purchased for us the rewards of eternal life,
grant, we beseech You, that meditating on

Blessed Virgin Mary, we may imitate what they
contain, and obtain what they promise,
through the same Christ our Lord. Amen.

 Thanksgiving Prayer
Dear God, Thank you for your amazing power and work in our lives,
thank you for your goodness. Thank you for your great love and care.
Thank you for your sacrifice so that we might have freedom and life.
Thank you for all the graces and blessings You have bestowed upon us,
spiritual and temporal: our faith and religious heritage. Our food and
shelter, our health, our family and friends, the love we have for one
another.
Thank You, Lord, for the times You came through for us when we didn't
even know we needed a rescue. Thank you, God, for the uncertainties
we've experienced. They have deepened our trust in You.
Forgive us for when we don't thank you enough, for who you are, for
all that you do, for all that you've given. Help us to set our eyes and our
hearts on you afresh. Renew our spirits, fill us with your peace and joy.
We love you and we need you, this day and every day. We give you
praise and thanks, for You alone are worthy! In Jesus' Name, Amen.
