Background
• In this project we will establish a restaurant by
mixing outdoor concepts and traditional Javanese
house concepts.

• We provide traditional Javanese foods, drinks, and


snacks.
• We also provide traditional mini games such as
chess, dakon, and remi to be played by the customer
while waiting the foods.
VISION
To serve authentic traditional

Raw materials of main dishes &
supplies of traditional snacks are
purchased from traditional market,
so we can directly serve them on
the buffet table.

Geographic: Local tourists and citizens of Yogyakarta.
Demographic: young age to middle age, middle to high
income or occupation, from any genders, educational
backgrounds, ethnicities, and any marital status.
Behavior: likes to hangout with their peers and are
looking for nature concept to relax.

Customers who are teenagers, young adults, and
families, who expect to relax and gather in a large
space.
❄ POSITIONING

Expected positioning of our business in the mind of


customers is a Javanese restaurant that serves
authentic traditional food and beverages.

Our food and baverage

are made by order.
Lele Mangut, Sayur Lodeh, Sayur Asem,
Sayur Pare, Gorengan, Sate Ati, Sate Usus,
and many other.

We use outdoor and Javanese traditional house
concept.

Not too far from the city, not too noisy because
of the bustle of the city.

We will provide big sign for people to make it


easier the location of the restaurant.

Organizational Structure
CONCLUSION
❄ Our business mainly serves authentic traditional Javanese
food and beverage and providing customers with natural
surroundings
❄ Two aspects that are modified in our restaurant from
Kampung Jawa: ordering procedure and organizational
structure.
❄ The ordering procedure is made-by-order system for main
dishes and buffet for traditional snacks
❄ Dividing organizational structure into more of functional
divisions such as HR, Operations and Marketing, and
Finance & General Affairs
