Duration of selection process is 2.5 hours
which includes:
• Filling an application form
• An aptitude test(Analytical thinking and
arithmetic reasoning) and a test of
communicative English language.
• Interview: Purely HR based, to test
communication skills of employees.
Induction Training
Once a candidate has been selected at Infosys, they have
to undergo a formal training conducted by Education &
Research (E&R) department. There are two types of
foundation programs:
• A 10 week short cycle/ fast track program for CSE/IT
background candidates.
• An 18 week long cycle program for fresher with Non-
CSE/IT background candidates.
• As a part of orientation, a manual-’induction Kit’ is
provided to the trainee to go through important links of
organization.
