Section 29.

• Watershed Management, Protection and Rehabilitation•

- The NWRB, DENR and other appropriate agencies
involved in watershed management shall undertake
watershed conservation, protection and rehabilitation and
shall adopt appropriate soil and water conservation, and
protection measures to safeguard the hydrological
integrity of watersheds and help sustain the protection of
water for various purposes and uses. (i.e. DENR/ Forest
Management Bureau (FMB), Bureau of Soils and Water
Management (BSWM), Local Government Units (LGUs),
Water District(WD), private sector, etc.)
