Marketing Mix
The Rownaj will be primarily in urban areas. They will be sold both online
as well as from Rownaj outlets.
PROMOTION
Rownaj promotes its shoes through promoting strategies and their one
strategy of promoting their shoes is organizing a fashion/ ramp walk so
that everyone can be aware and participates in their event. Other is
through TV ads, radio, fashion magazines, bill board in reputative areas.
PRICE
Choosing the right price for the product is a crucial decision. Price effect a
lot because it shows the impact of how consumer perceive the product as
well as brand itself. Price is the component of marketing mix. Rownaj set a
price which is a little bit higher starting from Rs. 2,000 to 8,000 and in start
we are offering discount offers so that women easily attract towards it.

two pairs of shoes in one. However, the shoe makers who were solely
focusing on comfort and are now designing stylish shoes could be an
indirect threat, as well as those designers who are adding more comfort to
their top stylish shoes. The advantage of Rownaj is that women will have
the ability to choose heel length for their shoes. This could potentially be a
weakness if consumers are more concerned with overall comfort level
instead of the length of the heel.
Rownaj shoes are all other flat and heeled style shoes. Because
these two styles of shoes are independent of each other, and are
not combined as our product is, they would offer very little
