FIRST PHASE
Flat MANAGEMENT
An organizational structure in which most middle-management levels and their functions have been
eliminated, thus bringing the top management in direct contact with the frontline salespeople, shop
floor employees, and customers.
Despite their breadth, flat organizations can benefit from most of the advantages enjoyed by small
companies, such as faster response time to changing conditions and customer preferences.
As the company’s operation expands, Flat Management will not be practical and

1.0 PRESIDENT
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTY
Responsible for a firm's overall operations and performance. He or she is the leader of the
firm, serves as the main link between the board of directors (the board) and the firm's various
parts or levels, and is held solely responsible for the firm's success or failure. One of the
major duties of THE PRESIDENT is to maintain and implement corporate policy, as
established by the board.
Report to board and CEO, implement policies and strategies into the workforce, make the
vision a reality.
Basically in charge, manage and administer the company’s day to day tasks in order to achieve
the business objective.
Assigned the defined objective to a competent unit/division managers under his responsibility and
making sure of the coordination and achievement of the business process activities.
Reporting to President .
To design, execute, and control of project operations that convert resources ( manpower, equipments
and materials into desired goods and services that produce money that will be used to pay company’s
obligations such as suppliers, subcontractors , employees, creditors and others.
4.0 ENGINEERING
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTY
Basically responsible for recording transactions, keeping financial records, performing internal audits,
Reporting and analyzing financial information to the management, and advising on taxation matters.
Accounting provides information on the resources available to a firm, the means employed to finance
those resources, and the results achieved through their use.
It also prepares cash flow, projected expenses and collection in coordination with other divisions and
provide informations to other divisions as well as implementation of cost coding with Engineering Div..
It also to make sure the availability of funds by following up the progress billing and collections.
Reporting to General Manager and coordinating with Operation Manager., procurement, engineering, others

The act of obtaining or buying goods and services. The process includes preparation and processing of a
demand as well as the end receipt and approval of payment. It often involves
(1) purchase planning,
(2) standards determination,
(3) specifications development,
(4) supplier research and selection,
(5) value analysis,
(6) financing,
(7) price negotiation,
(8) making the purchase,
(9) supply contract administration,
(10) inventory control and stores, and
(11) disposals and other related functions.
The process of procurement is often part of a company's strategy because the ability to purchase certain
materials will determine if operations will continue.

An efficiently run human resources department can provide your organization with structure and the
ability to meet business needs through managing your company's most valuable resources -- its
employees.
The human resources management team suggests to the management team how to strategically
manage people as business resources. This includes managing recruiting and hiring employees,
coordinating employee benefits and suggesting employee training and development strategies.
HR advise managers and supervisors how to assign employees to different roles in the organization,
thereby helping the organization adapt successfully to its environment. ( HR have the 201 File for
evaluation of employee. )
HR is to support workplace safety training and maintain federally mandated logs for workplace injury
and fatality reporting. HR functions include setting compensation structures and evaluating competitive
pay practices.
Compliance with labor and employment laws is a critical HR function. Noncompliance can result in
workplace complaints based on unfair employment practices, unsafe working conditions and general
dissatisfaction with working conditions that can affect productivity and ultimately, profitability.
HR departments also provide leadership training and professional development.
HR also suggest strategies for increasing employee commitment to the organization. This begins
with using the recruiting process or matching employees with the right positions according to their
qualifications. and not their period of stay in the company.
The HR department is responsible for ensuring that department employees are well-versed in their
areas of expertise. The various disciplines of HR require expertise in compensation, benefits, safety,
payroll, recruiting and training. Ideally, the human resource manager is a generalist, which means
his expertise is cross-discipline.
