• Lifestyle planning will help you to plan to
achieve sporting success whilst retaining a
balanced lifestyle.
• Objectives
– Understand what makes a balanced lifestyle
– Recognises what causes imbalance
– Deal with pressure points
– Team ‘YOU’

• On a scale of 1-10 (0 = terrible, 10 =
excellent), rate how well you achieved
each goal

Tips for managing ‘Hot Spots’
• Set goals for each area regularly and plan each
week carefully
• Stress the need for commitment in whichever
area you are in at the time
• Recognise when one task takes priority or is
unimportant
• Identify potential clashes
• Share these with the people around you
