PART 1 EDUCATION ACT 1996 (ACT 550)

Section 22. The National Preschool Curriculum has to be


used by all preschools.
(1) The National Preschool Curriculum has to be used by
all preschools in the National Education System and
endorsed by the minister.
(2) Any preschool which intends to use any other
additional curriculum has to obtain a written consent in
accordance to stipulated procedures from the Head
Registrar before using any additional curriculum in their
preschools.
