ABSTRACT

• Hospital management system is a computerized system designed and programmed

to deal with day to day operations taking place.
• The program can look after inpatients, outpatients, records, database treatments,
status illness, billings in the pharmacy and labs.
• The purpose of the project is to computerize the day-to-day operations in Hospital.
• It deals with the collection of patient’s information, diagnosis details, etc.
Traditionally, it was done manually.
INTRODUCTION TO PROJECT

1)Data Base Management System is a collection of inter-related data

and set of programs to store & access those data in an easy and
effective manner.
Database systems are basically developed for large amount of data.
When dealing with huge amount of data, there are two things that
require optimization: Storage of data and retrieval of data.
We will be using DBMS and implement the same for the development
of the project for the hospitals.

INTEGRATION CAPABILITY:

• Interfaced with standard biomedical equipment .

• Implementation of smart card devices that will allow patients to go
through initial phase of admission in the hospital seamlessly.
• In later stage development Mobile applications on Android , iOS and
Windows will be provided to the patients so that they can check their
medical history.
DEVELOPMENT DONE TILL DATE:

• THE SOFTWARE WAS DEVELOPED SUCCESSFULLY WITH PATIENT REPORT,

BILLING, WEBCAM.
• WE HAVE SUCCESSFULLY INTEGRATED BIOMETRIC DEVICE WITH OUR
SERVER AND IS WORKING PERFECTLY.
• BOILER PLATE IS COMPLETED.
• PROJECT USER INTERFACE IS COMPLETED.
• TALLY INTEGRATION IS IMPLEMENTED SUCCESSFULLY.
• DATA BASE AND SOFTWARE ARCHITECTURE IS SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED.
• VUE STORE IS IMPLEMENTED FOR THE INITIAL DEVELOPMENTS.
