DISPATCHING
In the entire process of product dispatching the very first
task is to identify the inventory level and then define the
quantity which is to be dispatched from the plant.
In JK tyres there are three stages to maintain the stock in
the feeders’ warehouse:

 Minimum stock
 Maximum stock
 Safety stock

Currently the company is defining inventory level on the

maximum level which means if the stock level decreases
below the maximum level then an auto PO (purchase order)
will automatically generated on the SAP. This Auto PO are
generated on the data which is saved on the SAP.
RECOMMENDATIONS
 Theyneed more space to avoid detentions,
and for proper functioning.

 There we analyze the Auto PO generated

by depots is not sufficient for truck
utilization.
