Introduction
Deep Vein Thrombosis is a manifestation of venous thromboembolism with complications such as pulmonary embolism and sudden death.
Anticoagulant therapy is usually used to consider and treat patients with deep vein thrombosis and recommended treatment for a minimum of 3 months
to 1 year

Conclusion
This study showed the achievement of deep venous thrombosis treatment at Adam Malik Hospital at 1 year was only
11.76% from the results of normal ultrasound doppler examination with oral anticoagulants for 3 months
