INTRODUCTION

The Indian auto-components industry has experienced healthy growth over the last few years. The auto-component industry of India
has expanded by 18.3 per cent to reach at a level of US$ 51.2 billion in FY 2017-18.

The auto-components industry accounts for 2.3 per cent of India’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and employs as many as 1.5
million people directly and indirectly each. A stable government framework, increased purchasing power, large domestic market,
and an ever increasing development in infrastructure have made India a favourable destination for investment.
COMPANY PROFILE

With plants in Manesar, Pune and Chennai and 1000 plus employees, it is a supplier to all OEMs in 4 Wheeler and Commercial
Vehicles segment. Major customers are Maruti Suzuki, Tata, Mahindra, Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Ford, GM, Volvo Eicher, VW,
Ashok Leyland etc. The company also exports to Toyota, Torica and Ford.
With a 47% market share in its product range, the company is a market and technology leader in the field of Automotive Switches in
India.

RESEARCH METHDOOGY

SAMPLE DESIGN

1. Sample Units- Customers of MINDARIKA PVT. LTD.

2. Sample Extent- Delhi and NCR

3. Sampling Technique - Convenience sampling (Non Probability sampling technique)

4. Sample Size-50 units

PRIMARY DATA is that which is collected for the very first time. It has been collected through personal contact. For this
purpose questionnaire method was used to know preferences of consumers about MINDARIKA PVT. LTD. products.

SECONDARY DATA is already being published by some one else. It has collected from magazines, newspaper,
company literature and websites.
OBJECTIVE OF THE RESEARCH

To get more information on product of MINDARIKA PVT. LTD.

The main objective of this project is to find, what are the steps MINDARIKA PVT. LTD. adapting to be market leader.

To know about the market strategy use by MINDARIKA PVT. LTD. to differentiate itself from its competitors.

To gain insight on consumer preferences with changing world.


OPINION OF CUSTOMERS ON PRODUCT AVAILABILITY.

PERCENTAGE ANALYSIS:
This table shows the customer opinion concerning the Availability of Products.

Intereptation

The above analysis shows that 40% are feeling that the product availability is Excellent, 52% of the product availability is
good, 8% of the product availability is fair, None of them had faced poor product availability. The majority of customers
feel that the product availability of products is good.

OPINION OF THE CUSTOMERS ON PERFORMANCE OF PRODUCTS.

Interpretation

From the above it can be observed that 64% of the customers are feeling that the performance is Excellent, 26% of the
customers feel that the performance is good, 10% of the customers feel that the performance is fair, none of them are
there to say performance is not good. The above analysis depicts that the majority of the customers feel that the
performance of products is Excellent. As most of the customers of the firm perceive the performance of the products to
be excellent.

CUSTOMERS OPINION ON FEATURES OF PRODUCTS.

Interpretation

From the above it can be observed that, 62% of the custmers are feeling that the features of products is Excellenet, 22%
of customers are feeling that the features of products is very good, and 16% of them are the opinion that the features of
products is good. However, there are no respondents to quote the features of products are poor.

Interpretation

From the above we can be observed that, 44% are well aware about the products,

32% are more aware about the products, 18% are few known about the products, and no one has in the

FINDINGS AND SUGGESTION

It is better to Car, 2 Wheelers Products on the MINDARIKA PVT. LTD. because the efficiency of the MINDARIKA PVT. LTD. s is
more and most of the customers are preferring this product, when compared to other products.

In fixing the price of the product the following factors should be kept in the mind, because most of the customers feel that the price of
the products is high.

Keeping reasonable inventory

Service providers like transporters, agents etc.

Maximum utilization of manpower and machinery etc.,

Optimum design.

Proper planning.

CONCLUSION

MINDARIKA PVT. LTD. gives the quantity according to the value for the money.

They should fix the price of their product at low price

MINDARIKA PVT. LTD. have to do promotions and advertising on televisions.

MINDARIKA PVT. LTD. products made from high quality of raw goods and it gives the full satisfaction to the
customers.
