INTRODUCTION:
Rights means those freedom which are essential
for personal good as well as the good of the
community.
Fundamental rights is a charter of right
Amendments.
Rights remain suspended during emergency.
Significance:
To preserve human dignity.

RIGHT TO FREEDOM

Freedom of speech and expression.
