 The diagram shows the connection of each subject. At the center of

the diagram, it is health inside the red cross, which symbolize
medical care. The health now is connected to Environment with
symbol of quad row, meaning our environment is not constant or
stable, it changes its condition. The other subject that is connected
to health is Nursing inside the red heart which symbolize giving
