EBEX Logo must be used as per the guidelines, in all circumstances, including all internal communication. In
case the logo is used for co-branding, partnering with some other brand, the usage of logo should adhere to
guidelines and an approval must be sought before publishing.
Logo Colors
> Logo can not be used in any color except the defined colors. There is no reverse color scheme
allowed.
> EBEX logo used 3 pre-defined colors, whose colors can be defined as follows -
Clear Space
> Logo must have clear space around it for clear view of all details. We have kept “E” from logo as
benchmark. Logo should have minimum half “E” space available on all sides. Therefore the clear
space depends on the size of logo.
Background
> Logo needs to be clearly visible on any background.
> It can be used on a white patch on a very clumsy background.
> In case background is of a color from logo, compromising the visibility of complete logo, a white
patch can be used to ensure clear visibility of logo.
Positioning
> Preferably logo is to be placed on top left, but positioning can be altered based on requirement,
provided the logo draws attention and is fully visible, with pre-defined clear space around.
> Logo positioning can be decided based on following preference -

Fonts
There is no limitation of any font usage, provided it is professional font. Professional and solid fonts
represent EBEX in right spirit, being sturdy, transparent and dependable. Comic fonts, cursive or script fonts
and advanced calligraphy fonts are strongly discouraged for professional use (e.g., in presentations,
advertisements, social posts, emails, documents and letters). The writing should be clearly visible and easily
readable from the expected reader distance.
Language
All EBEX documents and communication has to be in “English” only. “Hindi” is acceptable in certain cases, with
prior approval obtained from competent authority.

All EBEX stationery is to be in-line with our brand image and should communicate right message to our
internal as well as external clients. We have designed our stationery to match with our brand. Any other
stationery, to be used for any purposes, on our behalf, is to be approved by EBEX.
> EBEX logo is copyrighted and so is the favicon (the icon used on online and offline mediums for quick
recognition of EBEX). These can not be used without prior approval from authorized committee at EBEX.
> EBEX holds all rights over all imagery used on its website, social profiles, branding material and designs,
advertisements and/or any communication release in any format for internal or external use. Re-use of any
of these has to be pre-approved.
> EBEX imagery/icons can not be re-produced or imitated for any purpose other than for EBEX promotion.
> Any videos released by EBEX are to be re-used after prior approval only. They can be, though liked, shared
and commented upon, on social mediums.
> Any write-up about EBEX, has to be approved, before publishing online.
> Any news about EBEX found on the web needs to be authenticated on EBEX official website at
http://esselebex.com
> EBEX social handles are completely owned and managed by selected few. Any access to these, intentional
or accidental, needs to be informed to the marketing team immediately.
> Any change in process or team structure, or any issue found in the contents, is to be informed
immediately to the marketing team for correction.
> Any post or article published online using EBEX branding becomes EBEX property and needs to be
approved prior to publishing.
> EBEX is not yet indulged into lot of outdoor activities. Still, all outdoor display should be well branded with
EBEX logo delivering the right message to the target audience.
> EBEX logo should be minimum 1:100 ratio w.r.t. complete poster
> EBEX branding should be clearly visible from distance and height and no other text on the poster should
supersede the logo size.
