Flow Chart for MEP Demo Activity

Identify the MEP system to be Demo – Using Demo Drawing for Reference
(Join line walk with Intel SO, JLL, TL Safety and Project Team for Site Risk Assessment)

Apply marking by spray painting for MEP item to be Demo

(i.e. electrical DB, piping, MEP equipment, valve , etc.)

Inform and request JLL or Intel SO to double confirm the

system to be Demo and apply LOTO for any electrical DB,
valve before cutting the pipe or cable

Demo the MEP system and remove from

construction site

1. Unknown cable whether energized or not energize need to be remained . Tracing and identification need to be carried out for
further action.
