     the bayer process starts from the wet milling process in this process
    bauxite ore are crushed and then added water to the grinder so that fine
    dust can be trapped into the water the product from this process is slurry.
    Then the next stage is digestion, the leaching process occurs in this stage
    the product produced in this process is pregnant leach solution and after
    that the results are dissolved into stages, which is settling this stage
    separating the filtrate and residue. The filtrate is a result that contains
    high levels of alumina while the residue from this result is in washing.
    then after this process continues into the precipitation process this
    process is a separation between solid and liquid where the solid will be
    taken and then the solid will be calcinated after all the result from this
    bayer process is alumina.
