 Click

IN THE DASHBOARD, CLICK LIST OF CLASSES

Select a Grade and Section to Update Status and input General Average
and Click View Enrolment
Click Pencil Icon in the
Status of a learner
 Select the Status

Type the Average

Select the Status and type the General Average

Click Update Status
Please read

Click Close
PRESS F5 TO DISPLAY THE
AVERAGE
Click again the Pencil Icon of the Next learner until the last learner
Click

After updating the status and

encoding the General Average
of all the learners, Click Finalize
Click Finalize
 Click

Please read
In the List of Classes, you can see Lock Icon if class or classes are already finalized
To Unfinalize (you want to edit), just click the Lock Icon
Click Unfinalize
 Click

After finalizing all the Grades and sections, Click Finalize and Submit EOSY
