HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT:

AN OVERVIEW

1.Biometric usage: Biometric logins are mandatory by everyone and
attendance will be marked as per the Biometric logs.
2.Shift Timings & Late logins: 9:30 AM To 6:00 PM.
 After 9:30 PM will be counted as late login.
 3 lates will be marked as 1 day pay loss.
 Only 3 permissions are allowed in a month for late login/half day.
3.Leaves per month & Yearly carry forward leaves:
Only one causal leave per month.
Leaves if not taken per month will be carry forwarded at the end of
the year as cash payment.
4. Intimation of absence to HR and respective heads: Every
individual need to update their sick/planned leaves mandatory by their
own.
5.Work Reports: Individual Daily work reports need to send in
respective groups without fail by EOD.
6.Respond: When asked anything for update, give prompt reply
(in person or in any group)
7.Probation: 3 months will be on probation from the date of
Joining.
8.Salary/Increment (confidential): Yearly increment will be
given as per company policies are procedures.
And is kept confidential by individuals.
9.Builders contact data: Segregated builders data for marketing
and new planning to reach more clients.
10.FAS Team: (1)ID Cards
(2)Family members in ESI.(No update)
11. EPF & ESI: Adhar number linked with contact number(No
update).
