•No Rigid Or Conventional Planning Or Building Regulations Are Applied.
•The Structure Can Be Improved, Modified Or Extended As Financial Capability Of Family Improves.

The Development Of Services Is Undertaken By Skilled Labour From The Community, Which Insures Better
Workmanship And Provides Jobs Opportunities For Residents.
Maximum Encouragement Is Provided To Residents To Provide Services And Utilities For Their Home And Do It
Yourself Basis, Particularly For Sanitation, Garbage Disposal And Even Road Building.
A Network Of 49,500 Ft Of Water Supply Lines 18,850 Ft. Sewer Lines And 13500 Of Electricity Lines.
