 How to do it?
• Fill in the plastic using any flavor drinks you like.
• Fill your jar with the ice.
• Add a lot of salt in the ice.
• Shake it for 15-20 minutes.
• See what happen to your drink!!

Discuss!!
• What happen to your drink in the plastic after 20 minutes?
• What process is this (change in the state of matter)?
• What happen to the heat in the drink (liquid)?
• Explain in terms of kinetic theory of matter. U can draw the particles in
each state of matter!
• What is the freezing point and boiling point of pure water? What
happen when u add salt to it?
• If you are given a beaker, ice, salt and other apparatus u need to add
yourself (hint: u use it to make measurerement), describe an
experiment u can conduct in the school lab.
