A lot of companies like Dabur, United Spirits have joined hands to increase
recycling of used cartons to 60% from 30% at present.
PepsiCo cited the its commitment to have all its packaging be recoverable or
recyclable by 2025 and to support increased recycling of plastic waste.
PepsiCo will start using 100 percent compostable, plant-based packaging
for two of its most popular products by this year itself.
E-Waste Management: E-waste refers to any electronic goods that have
become either obsolete or no longer function
Companies like Nokia started campaigns like “Planet ke Rakhwale” where for
every handset dropped in the recycle bin, Nokia promised to plant a tree and
offered a surprise gift.

a compact unit that can produce biogas on a large scale through a

providing them with low-cost technology to produce 3D printer filament
from the collected plastic waste.
