About The Company
Under one roof, Tijaria has to its account the production of a huge range of
products starting from the pipelines to all the extensive accessories aiding their
products. May it be the fittings, tools or any smallest possible accessory… you
think it, we make it!! Their high-tech work-arena is beautified with the most
sophisticated machinery from the brands like Kolsite in collaboration with
Bettenfield & Kabra in collaboration with Batten field.
Tijaria's ingenious production procedure is equipped with generous quality
control measures. The in-house testing services employ several dexterous
operators and engineers for the quality control and for that matter , Tijaria has
a well-equipped laboratory too. Here the quality control cell puts supreme
quality checks at three stages- raw material, online production, and the
finished product stages, ensuring perfection and flawlessness.
Some facts about the company…

• Started in 2000
• ISO 9001: 2000 Certified company
• Manufacture 7 types of pipes
• National Award -2008 in Quality products in micro & small
enterprises
• National Award -2010 in outstanding entrepreneurship
• MSME Award -2011 for best performance in chemical &
petrochemical in medium sector enterprises
• Company having 35+ clients (L&T, Jal sanshadhan vibhag)

HDPE PVC MDPE

High-density polyethylene Pipes

Properties :
• HDPE is known for its large strength-to-density ratio
• The density of HDPE can range from 930 to 970 kg/m 3
• It is also harder and more opaque and can withstand some
what higher temperatures

Manufacturing of HDPE
HDPE granules are fed into the hopper of the extruder which goes into the heated
cylinder of the extruder, where the granules melt and are conveyed (pumped) to
the die exist. Now the melt passes through the die and takes the shape of the die
i.e. circular shape and emerges from the exit of the die. It then passes through the
calibrator and is forced to take the shape of the inside of the calibrator which is
round in diameter by the inside air pressure. This melt solidifies and taken round
shape in the calibrator, which is cooled by passing chilled water through it
continuously. Now the solid pipe is taken out from the water and is drawn
continuously from the die. The speed is adjusted according to the thickness of the
pipe required and extruder output. The pipes is either cut into 5 meters length or
wound on the winder unit. Generally pipes up to 110 mm diameter can be made
on this extruder.
Working Process
Polyvinyl chloride Pipes

Properties :
• PVC has high hardness and mechanical properties
• The soft PVC (flexible PVC) elastic limit is 1.5–15 MPa.
• The heat stability of raw PVC is very poor, so the
addition of a heat stabilizer during the process is
necessary in order to ensure the product's properties

Materials : The electrolysis of salt Applications :

Manufacturing of PVC
PVC pipes are created by starting with a molten mixture of the material and shaping
them around a cast. The casts are made to be the exact width of the pipe. The
mixture is poured into a cast and surrounded by an outer shell. The complete set is
then placed into an oven to be cooked. Once the pipe has solidified, it is cooled and
moved into finishing. Sections of the pipe are then cut based on common sizes and
needs. The sections are then coated in a chlorine solution to prevent harmful
bacteria from growing during shipping and use. Once the coating is dried, the ends
of each section are finished. If the pipe is a smooth connection, the top of the pipe is
sanded down to ensure a perfectly flat surface. For fitted pipes, a machine engraves
a series of grooves into the pipe. As the grooves are cut, high-pressured water is
sprayed on the pipe to remove excess PVC fragments. After the grooves are added,
the ends are smooth and the sections are sent into testing.
Working Process
Medium density polyethylene Pipes
Properties :
• Flexible- Easy to Handle
• Corrosion Resistant - Tough and highly reliable in aggressive soils.
• It has very high shock- and drop-resistance properties, is less notch
sensitive and is far more resistant to cracking than other plastics like
HDPE.
