• An executive meeting was held involving the


Rooms Manager, the General Manager and
the Accountant. This meeting concerned to
the Manpower Reduction Plan.
STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

• Lack of effective communication


between key personnel in addressing
the issue of manpower reduction.
OBJECTIVE

• To understand the relevance of organizational


hierarchy and structure to attain efficient
communication flow.

– Inefficient communication among employees.
– Organizational structure and responsibility are not well defined.
– Ineffective leadership.
– Lack of coordination among heads of the departments.

CONCLUSION:
• Effective communication is important for development of
an organization . No matter what the operational scale of a
company is, it can succeed and overcome all sorts of
internal misunderstanding as well as external operation. It
is the vital key to cooperation and productivity in a business
environment. It can also help to foster a good working
relationship in the work place which can it turn to improve
morale and efficiency . It also help solve problems and
creates harmony and trust. It is something which helps the
managers to perform the basic functions of management-
planning, organizing, motivating and controlling.
