• It was incorporated as Public Limited Company
in 1956 which came into operation in the year
1984
• The company had techno-commercial
collaboration with U.K. based M/s. Quinton
Hazell Automotive LTD. (Part of AFFINIA USA).
• Company is operating at different plants at
Gurgaon, Dehradun(2 plants-Selaqui and
Langha),Pune,Chennai.
• It meets the steering and suspension
requirements for all segments including
passenger cars, utility vehicles, tractors, off-
highway vehicles, light & heavy commercial
vehicles for OEMs in India and overseas.
