LEADING
 Leading is another of the basic function within the
management process "Leading is the use of influence
to motivate employees to achieve organizational goals"
(Richard Daft).Managers must be able to make
employees want to participate in achieving an
organization's goals.
DIRECTING
 DIRECTING is said to be a process in which the
managers instruct, guide and oversee the performance
of the workers to achieve predetermined goals.
Directing is said to be the heart of management
process. Planning, organizing, staffing have got no
importance if direction function does not take place.
DIRECTING
 Can be described as providing guidance to workers
is doing work. In field of management, direction is
said to be all those activities which are designed to
encourage the subordinates to work effectively and
efficiently.
 After plans have been ready and the
organization has been established and
staffed, the next step is to progress towards
its distinct objectives.

Leadership.
