CONCLUSION
 Overall throughout my research and doing my project I have found that
MCL is providing ample opportunities and more than enough welfare
facilities to all its employees be it executive or non-executive.
 In my point of view employees need to be made aware of all the welfare
facilities and their benefits.
 Employees also need to make proper use of their facilities and also need to
take care of those facilities.
 In my point of view a neat, clean and peaceful environment can be
provided which helps the organisation in maintaining satisfaction and
enthusiasm to perform better work among the employees.
