Interviews •A very good way of accessing people’s perceptions, meanings, definitions of situations and constructions of reality (Punch, 2015). •Usually done on a one-on-one or face-to-face situations in which an individual asks questions to which a second individual answers or responds. When opportunities are less auspicious, interviews may be done though telephone or through the internet ( Sutton,2011).
