4.3.2 Fees
Development Permission Revalidation Fees for revalidating a Development Permission
shall be determined by the competent authority.
For revalidating a lapsed Development Permission, penalty charges shall be applicable.

• Before expiry for single dwelling unit

• Before expiry for building except single

• Before expiry for public charitable trust.
