Our Objective
● Create a plan to drive awareness and exposure for C&A in 2020 for
the upcoming 20th Anniversary
● Using C&A’s toolkit, propose creative ways for new and current
audiences to learn about C&A and the agency’s services, longevity
and team
Goals
1. Celebrate the clients C&A has acquired over the last 20 years and continue to
enhance their relationships with them
2. Two-way communication about C&A, in hopes of gaining new clients
throughout the Philadelphia Area
3. Utilize Philadelphia’s space to engage with the community
4. Appreciate C&A’s monumental accomplishment and motivate the team for the
prosperous future
Tactics
1. Center City Sips party featuring branded items
2. Rooftop Preview Party at client’s location
3. Unique physical and online invitations designed with C&A’s special 20th
Anniversary Logo

Creative Deliver Stunt Direct Marketing


Tactic #1 Creative Delivery
● Contact and partner 3 Center City Sips locations for 3 weeks worth of creative
deliveries.
○ One location each week for 3 weeks, leading up to Anniversary Party.
● Locations will have branded items with the Cashman logo
○ Napkins
● Create a C&A Anniversary Geotag for selected locations
● Speak with Center City Sips vendors about a possible “Cashtini” drink

● Preview Rooftop Party at AKA
○ Inspired by the clients for the clients
● Cashman Cocktail
○ Work with Single Pop Rum to create a cocktail inspired by Cashman & Associates
● Tasting Menu
○ Bring in three chefs from restaurants Cashman works with to create a tasting menu
○ Scarpetta, Porta & Brickwall Tavern, Garces, etc.
● Incorporate Hashtag

● Also include Live Print Event Service, where guests can take a picture while at
the event and it can be printed onto a cookie

○ Each Venue: $5000, venue total for 3 locations: $15,000
○ 5,000 Branded Napkins: $800

○ Selfie Cookies: $30 for 12, $3,750, for 1500.
