PREFABRICATION
• Prefabrication is the practice of assembling
components of a structure in a factory or
other manufacturing site, and transporting
complete assemblies or sub-assemblies to the
construction site where the structure is to be
located.
Materials
Glass
• Allows natural light to enter the house even if
doors/windows are closed so thus it saves energy
and also lowers the electricity bills, brightens up the
room and brings out the beauty of the home, and
most importantly it boosts the mood of occupant.
• It allows 90% of the interior office space to have natural light. The low-
E glass is also designed to reflect infrared and ultra-violet radiation to
protect people and assets within the building from sun damage.
Louvers
• is a ventilation product that allows air to pass through
it while keeping out unwanted elements such as water,
dirt and debris.
ROOFING
Gutters/ Drains
• Simply as a gutter, is part of a building’s
water discharge system. It is channel that runs
around the perimeter of a roof, and collects
rainwater runoff from the roof, discharging it,
usually to rainwater downpipes which convey it
to a drainage system.
