H. V. GOENKA CHAIRMAN
Harsh Vardhan Goenka is a Graduate in economics and MBA from the International
Institute of Management Development (IMD), Switzerland. Mr. Goenka, a past
President of the Indian Merchants’ Chamber (IMC) serves on the Executive Committee
of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) and is a
Member of the Foundation Board of IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland.

VIMAL KEJRIWAL MANAGING DIRECTOR & CEO

Vimal is a distinguished alumnus of the Kellogg School of Management, USA and
Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), India. He is a
meritorious Chartered Accountant and a Member of The Institute of Company
Secretaries of India. He joined KEC in 2002


CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Mr. Rajeev Aggarwal is a Chartered Accountant with rich experience in varied
areas of finance. In his career spanning 25 years, he has worked on financial
planning, fund raising including public Issues, and financial management
functions specifically in the Infrastructure and Core sectors.

SOMRAJ ROY CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

A graduate from Kelkar College of Commerce, Roy completed his master’s in
personnel management and human resources from JDC BYTCO Institute of
Management Studies and Research. Additionally, Roy completed an E-HRM
programme from IIM Calcutta. He also holds a diploma in labour laws and
legislations from the University of Pune.

of factories especially Cement, Automobile and Auto ancillary
segments by successfully delivering several marquee projects
 Completed 4,000+ MTs of PEB works, poured over 1 lakh cubic
metre of concrete and executed several cement silos of up to a
height of 50m using specialised climbing formwork, slipform
and panel formwork
