“PEPPERONI ITALIAN PIZZA”
• Pepperoni pizza is an Italian classic that is hard to resist, especially if you're a lover of
spicy flavors and intensity. And if you want to raise it to the nth power, then nothing
better than to do it at home by choosing a quality pepperoni, with a tasty cheese and, of
course, with a homemade dough. Who could resist?
TOMATO SAUCE FOR PIZZA
INGREDIENTS:
• • 1 kg of very ripe tomatoes
• • 3 tbsp olive oil
• • 1 medium onion
• • 2 minced garlic cloves
• • 1/2 tied basil
• • Salt
• • Pepper
• • 1 tbsp small sugar
TOMATO SAUCE FOR PIZZA
PREPARATION:
• • Start by cutting the tomatoes into pieces, removing the seeds. Also chop the onion with very small cuts.
• • Place a little olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat and sauté the onion along with the previously
chopped garlic.
• • Add the cut tomatoes. With a slotted spoon, mash them until they fall apart. Leave 15 minutes on fire.
• • Remove from heat and add basil, sugar, salt and pepper. Mix all the ingredients well with
• a spoon or spatula.
MASS FOR PIZZA
INGREDIENTS:
• In a bowl place the yeast with half a cup of water, a tablespoon of sugar and
four tablespoons of flour. Mix well. Cover with a nylon and let rise 10
minutes.
• In another bowl, place the flour and mix it with the salt. Make a hole in the
center, and then dump the yeast. Incorporate oil and warm water. Join all the
ingredients with your hands until you form a dough.
• Let the dough rest for 10 minutes, then knead it on a table with flour and
divide the dough into two buns of the same size.
PREPARATION OF THE PIZZA
INGREDIENTS:
• 1/2 cup pizza tomato sauce
• 15 slices of pepperoni
• 200 grams of grated mozzarella cheese
• 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning or seasoning
• 1 teaspoon olive oil
• 1 teaspoon garlic salt
