1.PAPER COATING

next production.
c.back side blade cleaning also a reason..

1.blade up after finish the paper
2.another paper is used to clean the blade which prevent in the
paper to come in contact of fabric.
3.proper cleaning the back side blade .
4.edge dams are not in touch with paper before cleaned it .

PAPER CREASE
1.cooling drums is heated .
2.more tension

a.maintain tension
b.Checking the cooling or temp of cooling drums.
PAPER JOINT CREASE
REASONS...
1.klater tape is shink in oven due to which crease take place .
2.if previous joint is not change then crease is increase..
3.paper tension is more than required...
CORRECTIVE ACTIONS...
a.quantity of water is used to according to required for tape .
b.change joint after every pass if crease are developed otherwise
not.
c.minimum tension and brake of unwinder as per required. .

a.proper cleaning of guide roll
.remove damage part of paper during inspection (if

REASONS..
1.embossing roll.
