ROBOTICS

Juliana Fajardo.
INTRODUCTION
Now the robots are ideal for jobs
that require repetitive and
precise movements. An
advantage for companies is
that humans need breaks,
wages, food, sleep, and a
safe working area, robots do
not. Fatigue and boredom of
humans directly affect a
company's production,
robots never get bored so
their work will be the same
in a company
DESCRIPTION
The robots are composed of sensors that receive input data and that can
be connected to the computer. This, upon receipt of the entry
information, instructs the robot to perform a certain action. It may be
that own robots have microprocessors that receive input from the
sensors and these microprocessors instruct you to do the robot the
implementation of actions for which it is designed. In the latter case,
the robot is a computer at the same time.
The advantage of implementing such a robot are:

- Reduction of work.

- Increased use of the machines.

- Productive flexibility.

- Quality improvement.

- Decreased steps in the production process.

- Improvement of working conditions, reduction of personal risks.

- Increased productivity.
CONNECTION WITH
MECHATRONICS
Mechatronics is the discipline that unites mechanical
engineering, electronic engineering, control
engineering and computer engineering; to design
and develop products that involve control systems
for the design of smart products or processes.
Within the computer engineering one of the fields
of action is the Robotics. Therefore we can say
that mechatronics is very focused on the
automation of industrial processes and that of
course, for that you need robots, but robots
already programmed that respond to sensors
under a certain range of changes in variables.
