STRATEGIES-

 Extension Strategy- To launch the Pop app as an add-on to WhatsApp, Facebook


messenger, Instagram, Twitter.

 Login Strategy- When users login to their social media accounts (Facebook,
Instagram, Twitter) a post should be created by default by Pop to post app
promotions on their timeline.

 Promotional Strategy- When users login to their social media accounts, an


invitation should be sent by default through Pop to all of their friends on social
media i.e. message broadcasting.

 Secured payment Strategy- While ordering from Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal…


100% secured payment should be ensured by the app.

STRATEGIES-

 Reminder Strategy- Users can set reminder for any meeting, notifications for
any sale going/about to begin at online stores, option for video reminders as
well as birthdays and holidays.

 Cloud storage/Cloud synchronization- Users can save their data and backup
history viewed on Pop app.

 Improved Sharing Option- Saving all the Pop cards in draft so that it could be
shared at a time.(e.g. selecting 10-15 Pop cards)

 Categorizing Contacts- Segregating contacts to display under the contacts tab


in different categories, say friends, family, acquaintances.
DIGITAL MARKETING STRATEGY
STRATEGIES-

 Search Engine Optimization- Use of appropriate keywords, keep publishing posts so


that it ranks high when searched in Google. **

 Surveying- Taking feedback from the users and analysing the responses to improvise
the app accordingly. Also attached a list of questionnaires for surveying with this
document.

 Email Marketing-Sending bulk messages about Pop App to the target audience.

 YouTube Marketing- Promotion of Pop is a great opportunity to encourage viewers to


check out the “real” website. Simply drawing the attention to a link listed below the
video, and explaining what visitors will get once they’ve opted in. YouTube reviews are
another great way for improvising the app.

 Facebook Marketing- Posting the details about the app in various forums like debating,
college groups.

 Covert Advertising- Tying up with popular video artists to show the usage of the app
through their video content.
ON GROUND STRATEGY
STRATEGIES-

 Designing Posters- Promotions through posters near universities.

 Organizing Games on behalf of Pop.

 Classroom Promotions- Talking about the app in classrooms and


creating awareness.

 Advertising about the application during Conclaves, seminars.
