OBJECTIVES OF THE LESSON


Too and Enough
 Too and enough indicate degree. They modify adjectives, adverbs,
and nouns.
• Too means more than what is needed.
• Enough means sufficient.
 I have ENOUGH money to buy a car
 I eat ENOUGH vegetables
 My car isn’t fast ENOUGH
 There isn’t ENOUGH sugar to make a cake
 I bought ENOUGH post cards to send

ENOUGH/NOT ENOUGH
1. We use ENOUGH after the main VERB of the sentence
 I have ENOUGH money
