Coherence
Definition: It is something logical or consistent and something that makes sense as a whole.
Example:
Coherence is an argument that has no inconsistence
 In this letter there is no coherence which means there is no sense of
understanding and lack of attention
 In this letter there is a lack of information about contact address.
 There is lack of quality of writing the letter by the author.
 Lack of understanding of language.
 In this letter there is no way makes sense to reader and writer through
the relevance and accessibility, phrases of sentence and good
vocabulary.
Courtesy is defined as showing of politeness in one’s
attitude and behaviour towards others.
Example : He treated the players with courtesy and
good humour.
